As all goods are made-to-order, full payment with order is required
I will endeavour to complete all orders within 28 days of receiving fabric. Large orders however may take longer.
All goods made are “Dry Clean Only”
I cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit, I will use a secure tracked delivery service that will request a signature on delivery. I strongly recommend that customers use this level of service also when sending fabrics and payment.
In the event of any order being lost or damaged in transit, a claim will be made to endeavour to obtain full reimbursement from the courier. No monies / replacement goods will be paid or supplied until such claim is settled by the courier.
No compensation will be payable in the event of any delay, loss or damage during make up or delivery of goods.
Unfortunately I am unable to offer refunds on made-to-order goods. Please take advantage of the help and advice on offer to ensure accurate measurements are provided.
Orders will be made up to customers own measurements, in the event of curtains, blinds etc not fitting due to customers providing the wrong measurement, the cost of any alternation or remake will be bore by the customer.
